Shipping Policy



Order Processing

All the orders placed by 3.00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email and by SMS (pl remember to opt for the same). If you have not received an order confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, please first check your email spam filter before calling customer service. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Locations

ZIVAR ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Considering the valuable merchandize, we may not be able to deliver to some remote locations.

We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery lead times. We will keep the customers informed of our developments.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping to all orders.

Delivery Time

Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse location in 2-4 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers excluding the date of dispatch. Thus the total time for an order to reach the customer is 3-10 business days excluding the day when the order was placed.

Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may have to be cancelled.

Delivery mode

Products are delivered through our network of couriers like Bluedart.

Packing & Insurance

We pack all your orders in a safe way in tamper proof and rigid packing boxes to ensure no damage to the items inside. We also take insurance for one way transit from our warehouses to the customers address.

Non-Receipt of Package

If the Order delivery confirmation is sent by email or SMS, it indicates the product has been delivered. Please check with your family members for confirmation.

If the order status is indicated as "returned" the package is returned due to incorrect address. The shipment would be sent again through courier once our customer care team speaks to the customer and gets the correct address for delivery. However, additional charges may apply for the same.

The shipping policy is designed considering the best interests of our valued customers. This policymay be changed from time to time without prior intimation and is the sole prerogative of ZIVAR to change them.

We will make our best efforts to deliver the products on time. However delays in delivery due to unnatural events like riots, bandhs, natural calamities are out of our control and may affect the delivery schedules. Any issues arising at the couriers end are also out of our control. However, we will try our best to ensure delivery of products at your door step.
