Zivar provides free shipping on all items within India.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How can I place my order?

Please follow these simple steps:

  • Select your piece of Jewellery or diamond and click on "BUY NOW" button.
  • Click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button, if you have finalized your order, or else click on "ADD ANOTHER PRODUCT" button.
  • Enter your e-mail ID and Mobile No on "Quick Checkout" page , if you are not login.
  • Proceed for Shipping and Billing Address, Enter your all shipping and billing details. And "CONTINUE" to the Payment Options.
  • Select your Mode of Payment and Place your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address and SMS you provided while placing your order.

How to cancel or change an order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order please call ZIVAR.in at toll free number 1800-270-1040 and also you can email us at [email protected] . We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment. Please refer to 30-day-money-back-guarantee regarding cancellation of your order.

Can I return or resize an engraved ring?

Any ring where personal engraving was added cannot be returned or exchanged but can be resized where possible.

Are there any additional shipping costs?
